The Honduran has proclaimed Scotland to be his second home
Celtic have re-signed Emilio Izaguirre on a one-year deal.
The Honduran left-back departed from the club in 2017 to join Saudi side Al-Fahya.
However, he opted to end his contract early after struggling to adapt to the country’s culture.
Now, the 32-year-old has returned to Scotland and claims to be delighted to be back at Celtic Park.
Speaking on the move, Izaguirre told Celtic TV: “We were crying when we left here.
“We were sad for one year but now I have the opportunity to come back and I’m so happy. This is my second home.”
